Mr. Siddha Param is a graduate in law from the University of London, United Kingdom. He practiced as a lawyer in commercial, corporate, banking, construction and civil law acting for clients that included Fortune 500 American and British corporations in Malaysia. He subsequently provided international business consulting and training services to Fortune 500 American and Japanese corporations in Malaysia in addition to the Malaysian Stock Exchange and public listed companies.

He has conducted talks and programs on corporate governance, ethics, company law, negotiations, intellectual property rights and international trade. He has lectured under the University of London (External) law degree program.

He has appeared in court as legal counsel, drafted contracts and negotiated settlement of international trade disputes involving Malaysian, Australian and Canadian companies.
 
Mr. Param is a member of the Malaysia Canada Business Council and the Rotary movement. His over 20 years of corporate, commercial and social experience with a multicultural and international perspective gives him a deep understanding of business culture worldwide.

His publications includes the areas of corporate ethical conduct, global trade and company law.

He is currently researching on the art of governance in an environment of global trade.

Mr. Param is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada the geographical centre of North America, which is the world’s largest economy.
